Symbol Decoder

A Symbol Decoder computes a received symbol value based on the Wire State received in the present UI and the Wire State received in the previous UI. The simulation waveform shows the decoder states during reception of SYNC and Header data.

The decoder output is shown in the next table according to MIPI CPHY Specifications.
